ALMOST ALONE

ALMOST ALONE has been written. It occurs fifteen years after "Demon Preserve," a Test of Mettle story from the first novel of the series, Cataclysm, in which Melinda suffers the loss of her fiancé, Chuck. Unsatisfied with the outcome, the demon returns to hunt down Melinda. If she wins the Test of Mettle, she retains her soul. Lose the test, and she forfeits it.

The newest Test of Mettle story is 6,870 words, 22 pages long. The accomplishment comes after a tumultuous period of my life, something I could not have persevered through without the love and support from so many caring souls.

I am back on the writing track. This story will be featured in "Bloodshed," the third installment of the 11:34 series.
